I think that depends more on the consultants than the clients. I mean that according to the spheres in which they specialize, they would be respectively most acquainted in details, and that should lead to a professional opportunity for much more professional project making, and respectively the possibility for their approval would grow bigger. A great number of companies are making projects, but not all are being approved, depending on various factors, most significant of which is the pedantic training of the teams responsible for the project making, as well as detailed knowledge of the respective field and sphere of business.
